Description
Maryellen’s favorite place to hang out with friends and family is the Seaside Diner. At breakfast, lunch, or dinner, this diner is always serving up vintage ’50s vibes and classic cuisine!
Premium features:
- Outside, there’s a light-up “Seaside Diner” sign and a spinning sign advertising their specialty: shakes. Inside, there’s a malt mixer that spins and a pay phone that accepts coins—both have sound effects!
- Two wooden, padded-top booths and a table with a real metal base and post.
- Two real metal malt cups, a metal condiment caddy, and four ceramic plates with a ’50s motif.
Includes:
- Authentic ambience: A classic countertop that’s printed with classic speckled pattern, plus a floor and countertop that are printed to look like tile. Also includes a sheet of stickers to decorate the walls of the diner and five metal coins for the pay phone.
- Made-to-order menu: Two menus and four paper place mats; two fried eggs, one set of breakfast patties, and one stack of pancakes; two servings of scrambled eggs, two slices of toast, and a delicious set of bacon; a waffle and a container of syrup; two hot dogs and bottles of ketchup and mustard; two made-to-order burgers with condiments; two orders of fries; two fruit cups and two sandwiches. A chocolate malt and a strawberry malt. Plus, fifteen pretend dollar bills to pay for it all!
- Behind-the-scenes necessities: Four order slips to hang above the counter for the chef; a metal bell to ring when an order is up; a doll-sized fabric apron and paper hat printed with the diner’s name for cooks to wear behind the line; a serving tray dolls can carry and eight paper trays to hold food; four metal forks; and salt and pepper shakers.
